Shipping policy

Orders that are High Risk must send in further verification for orders to process. 

Orders generally SHIP in 1 - 3 business days.

We offer two levels of shipping: Economy (5 to 8 business days) and Standard (3 to 4 business days).

We need a little extra shipping time because of the high volume of orders that are placed in such a short period of time.

Orders generally will ARRIVE in 3 - 8 business days after processing. Please remember that it could take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking.

All items ship from our Atlanta warehouse.

Insurance:

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We, unfortunately, do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
